Williamson Medical Center offers the latest in technology and our surgeons practice the most medically advanced procedures. Many surgeries are performed using minimally invasive techniques, and WMC was the first suburban hospital in the country to perform surgeries with the da Vinci Surgical System. 

Williamson Medical Center also was the first hospital in Middle Tennessee to perform next-generation robotic-assisted procedures with the da Vinci Si. WMC physicians have more than a decade of robotics experience and have provided more than 600 minimally invasive robotic procedures across multiple specialties. Surgeries using the advanced technology include prostatectomy, hysterectomy, nephrectomy, and the treatment of gynecologic issues such as endometriosis.

Pre-admission testing
Williamson Medical Center's staff ensures you are ready for surgery with pre-admission testing. You will pre-register for your surgery, undergo tests ordered by your physician and have a chance to ask questions about your surgery. Your pre-admission testing appointment will be scheduled when your surgery is scheduled.
